For any issues that may arise within the first 3 months, we will offer a full replacement of your hair*
*Terms & Conditions-
- We will replace your hair if you follow the recommendations detailed in our care advice and use the correct products we recommend. These products must be purchased in the salon to maintain a record of what is being used. Use of other brands will void the warranty as we cannot guarantee these products are appropriate for use on hair extensions.
Please ask your salon stylist what products we recommend if you are unsure. - You must be an exclusive client with us, which means we can not guarantee your hair if another salon has done any colour work or maintenance on your hair.
- The replacement of hair will be the same colour and length as what you originally purchased. Any additional hair you want to install to add extra volume will be at your own cost.
- Replacement extensions must be installed only by our salon.
