Cancellations/No Shows
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, as a small business that relies on your timely attendance, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding our no show and cancellation policy.
To secure your appointment, we require a $150 deposit, which will be credited towards your service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
If you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no show, your deposit will also be forfeited, and you will be required to provide a new deposit for any future appointments.
We hope you understand that this policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the highest quality service. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you in the future.
Change of mind
We understand that sometimes you may want to change what you were originally booked for which may affect the amount of time we had scheduled for your appointment. As such, we have a change-of-mind policy in place to ensure that both our valued clients and our team of talented stylists can efficiently and effectively manage their schedules. If you need to change your hair service, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This notice period allows us to adjust our schedules and cater to the needs of our other valued clients who may be on our appointment waitlist.
7 day Satisfaction Policy
At Lemani Hair & Extensions, we understand the importance of feeling confident and happy with your hair. That’s why we are committed to providing exceptional hair services that meet your expectations. We are confident in our ability to deliver quality results, but we also recognize that sometimes things may not go as planned. That’s why we proudly offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee policy for all of our hair services.
If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your hair service, please let us know within 7 days and we will happily fix it. Our team of experienced stylists will work with you to understand your concerns and provide a solution that meets your needs.
Hair Extension Deposit Terms
To secure a hair extension order, a non-refundable deposit is required. After placing your order, you must schedule an appointment for installation within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the hair, but your deposit will be retained for future bookings. Your cooperation is essential to ensure a smooth process for your hair extension order.
Child Policy
Our salon is not suitable for babies and children for a number of reasons; however, newborns and babies breast feeding are more than welcome. Our new Mumma’s deserve to have amazing hair too!
Safety is a major concern, not just in relation to the various chemicals and instruments that we use for all our services, but also because of the equipment that is used in the salon.
Our salon is also located on a busy road which is dangerous for children whose parents are not able to watch them fully while they are having a treatment done.
We are also conscious of ensuring that all our clients enjoy a peaceful treatment at the salon. For many, it is a rare opportunity to take a relaxing break from their little ones and why shouldn’t you have a break too! You deserve some time for yourself.
We like to give our salon guests our full attention, so it is crucial that our staff can concentrate without any distractions. We certainly couldn’t expect children to sit still and keep quiet in such a boring, adult environment – they get restless, which is entirely understandable.
So as much as we love kids and understand that it can be challenging to find someone to mind them, it is in everyone’s interest that they do no accompany parents to the salon.
