Adelaide Hair Extension Salon

Not Your “Normal” Hair Extension Experience...

Meet Lamane Luxury: Hair Extensions (But Better)

A Luxury Adelaide Hair Extension Salon That Promises High Level Quality Control.

At Lemani, each packet of our hair extensions undergoes an in depth quality control process, ensuring consistency in thickness, texture, and colour.
Our suppliers abide by guidelines led by a strict quality control department.

The owner and director of Lemani Hair Salon and Lamane Hair Extensions, personally checks every single packet of hair extensions upon the arrival at her head office for colour and quality consistency. She carefully removes each extension bundle from its packaging and performs a meticulous “shake test.” This involves gently shaking the hair and running her fingers through it to ensure there is no tangling. The hair should glide effortlessly, confirming its smoothness and quality.

Have you ever struggled with hair extensions that tangle, shed, or cause scalp irritation?

At Lemani Hair and Extensions, we recognise and understand the frustrations that many women face with low quality hair extensions. This is why we’ve gone above and beyond to create a premium line of extensions that offer not only beauty but longevity and comfort.

In short, as hairdressers ourselves, WE wouldn’t be satisfied with hair extensions that tangle, shed or cause discomfort – so we would never vouch for a product that offers that experience.

Next, Let’s Talk About Hair Extension Shedding and Knotting.

(not a girls best friend…)

Do your current extensions shed or knot after just a few washes?

You can forget about this as a Lemani client. We mindfully create our hair extensions to maintain high-level softness and strength, even after repeated washing and styling.

Certified Quality, Guaranteed.

We stand behind our product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you follow our care guidelines and use our recommended products, we guarantee the longevity and quality of your extensions. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement within the first three months after assessment.

Hair Extension Lifespan:

At Lemani hair and Extensions, we get it – there is nothing more frustrating than investing money into what you thought were high quality hair extensions, only for them to need replacing in as little as 3 months.

Rest assured, with proper care, our premium extensions can last between 9 – 12 months, and up to two years with minimal heat styling. We’ve designed our blondes to last up to 9 months and our brunettes to last 12 months, giving you value and durability.

Have you noticed other hair extensions thinning at the ends?

Unlike many brands, Lamane Luxury extensions ensure high-quality thickness from root to tip with super double-drawn hair. Our 60 – gram packets provide more hair per pack compared to the industry standard of 50 grams. These small quality considerations result in fuller, more natural-looking hair with fewer packets required — gicing you a finished result that not only looks good but one that is more cost-effective.

Do You Have A Question For Us?

What hair extension type is better for my hair, Tape Extensions or Weft Extensions?

This is a personal preference, for us to help you make this decision its best to come in for a one on one consultation with you where we can assess your hair and your needs and tell you the pros and cons to each service. One of our qualified extension technicians will help you make the right decision.

Do Hair extensions cause damage?

The truth to this question is Yes, all extensions will cause some hair loss; however, if put in correctly by an experienced hairdresser and looked after well with all the right home care this loss is minimal. It is so essential to make sure you are seeing an experienced extension technician to avoid unnecessary damage.

Can I colour extensions?

Yes, you can colour extensions with semi-permanent hair colour, but you cannot lighten them.

How often do Weft and Tape Extensions need to be moved up?

For Tape Extension Maintenance, we recommend between 5 – 7 weeks.
For Weft Extension Maintenance, we recommend between 7 – 10 weeks.

How often do I need to wash my hair extensions?

We recommend washing your hair extensions between 1 – 2 times a week using a high quality salon grade shampoo and conditioner as recommended to you by your Lemani stylist.

Are your hair extensions made from real hair?

Yes, we make our hair extensions from 100% real human hair.

What hair extensions are best for short hair?
How long does my hair need to be to have hair extensions?

We recommend that your hair is at least shoulder length to achieve best results.
For short hair, we recommend tape hair extensions or a mix of weft and tape extensions, as we can place tape extensions closer to the hairline for a more natural look.

How are hair extensions applied?

We apply our weft hair extensions using a flat track micro-beaded system, then sew the extensions onto the beaded track. We apply our tape extensions, approximately 3cm long, by sandwiching a section of your hair between two taped pieces.

How long do hair extensions stay in for?

In most cases, our blonde extensions last 9 – 12 months and the darker extensions last up to 12 months.
This happens only when you use minimal heat during styling and follow our strict home protocol.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

There could be a few reasons why your hair extensions are tangling…

You may have bad quality hair, meaning that the cuticle isn’t aligned
You have used the incorrect products such as protein-based products
Your natural hair is fine and damaged and is causing the extension hair to tangle to your natural hair
You are not brushing your hair daily and making sure your extensions aren’t matting

SEE OUR CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS.

Can I get my Hair extensions wet at the beach?

No, we advise that you do not immerse your hair extensions in saltwater or chlorine.
