At Lemani Hair & Extensions, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-end, personalised experience. To ensure we can provide this level of service to every client, the following policies apply to all bookings.

All appointments

All appointments are reserved specifically for you at the time of booking. We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or the need to reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following notice periods apply:

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to the appointment will not incur a fee.
• Where notice is provided between 72 and 24 hours prior to the appointment, a $150 cancellation or reschedule fee will apply.
• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, including same-day cancellations and no show appointments, will incur the full service fee.

By booking an appointment with Lemani Hair & Extensions, you acknowledge and agree to the above cancellation and reschedule fees.

Change of Mind

If you wish to change the service you were originally booked for and this impacts the time allocated, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer availability to other clients.

7 day Satisfaction Policy

Your experience matters to us, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your hair.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will always welcome you back into the salon for a complimentary adjustment to ensure your result is aligned with your expectations.

This policy is designed to allow us the opportunity to refine your result and does not apply to change of mind, services performed against professional advice, or concerns arising from incorrect home care.

Hair Extension Deposit Terms

All hair extension services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and allocate the hair required for your installation.

This deposit allows us to source, prepare, and reserve the appropriate hair specifically for your service.

Once your booking is confirmed, your installation appointment must be scheduled within 14 days. If an appointment is not secured within this timeframe, the reserved hair may be released. Your deposit will remain on your account as a credit for future services.

Child Policy

To maintain the calm, elevated experience we are known for, Lemani Hair & Extensions is not suited to babies and young children.

For safety reasons, our salon environment includes the use of professional tools, chemicals, and equipment, as well as being located on a busy main road. As we are unable to supervise children while performing services, we ask that clients attend their appointments unaccompanied.

We are also committed to providing a relaxing, uninterrupted experience for all of our clients. For many, their time in the salon is an opportunity to unwind, and we are dedicated to preserving that environment.

We do understand that arranging care can sometimes be challenging, and we truly appreciate your understanding in making suitable arrangements ahead of your appointment.

Breastfeeding newborns are, of course, warmly welcomed.
